USB to Serial Cable driver
For those of you who are into networking, or newbie system engineer (like me) sometimes you might wonder why everytime you tried to open up a console session on the manageable switches/ routers/ etc using a usb-serial converter, it wont work but somehow it works on the laptop/pc of your company/senior/colleague/etc etc.
Well dude, that is actually because you don’t installed the damn driver. Really? why can’t I found the right driver from google? That’s because you didn’t find it at the right place. Look no more, here’s the link for the damn driver. Yeah, I know I’m good, don’t mention it, you’ll need it XD

Be reminded though that for the cisco (or most of the imitator products) routers (not layer 3 switch okeh!), you will need a cisco’s standard rolled cable. Don’t have the cable? No sweat, make your own! Follow this guideline.

4 seasons langkawi
I got the chance to visit this wonderful resort last month. Well, not really a normal visit, it’s the job actually. The resort’s guest server went down and I was there to do some offline recovery. Anyway, let’s save the geek talk later, I captured some of the pix during my stay there:

Nice eh? That room was the cheapest at 4 Seasons Langkawi and it’ll cost you 1.8k per night stay. Yeap, RM1800 per night. My stay there was courtesy of Mr Peter Oii of 4 Season Langkawi IT Department. Thanks dude!~
Since the trip was meant for business, I don’t get the chance to roam around the resort. To be frank, I don’t even slept on the bed since it was too comfy, and I afraid I can’t get up for work (migration was at 03:00 hours…. sigh) It was so frustrating, you felt so close to the sea, you can even smell it but u can’t reached there because the hands are all tight up to the server room. Even the pix was taken last minute since I got to catch the first flight back to KL early in the morning. Well at least I got the chance to taste their room service’s food
How was the job? Well…. since I mentioned earlier I can’t even go to the beach, for sure the job’s done right? Yeah… but it a was long… struggling day.
Approx. at 11:00 hours, Saturday I bid my sayonnara to Langkawi… without even having the chance to get my 1 peaceful night sleep.

Asalamualaikum / Hello / Domo / <Insert your own preferred greeting messages!>
Finally, my 1st post on this blog. Although I thought it’s better for me to shut off my lappie and go to bed(since I’m tired travelling from kampung), oddly I don’t felt like following my thought and keep writing for the first post. So here I am, ladies and gentlemen.
But why on new domain? Why not retain my old blog? Simple. Firstly, as u might (or might not) know my last blog was hosted on my pc@home. So the loading time is slow depending on my online activity (well most of the time I’m downloading something on torrent and stuffs) Secondly (and the most important point) is the page is not reliable… since if there’s sumthing wrong on my pc and I need to turn it off the page will simply goes bye bye. Because of this reasons I decided not to continued the blog and start a new one right here at wordpress.com
To be frank, I hate using a free blog space since I don’t have the flexibility to control the stuffs that I need (I can’t even edit the theme!) so, insyaallah by next year I will shift my blog to a paid domain but on the meantime, please bear with this space courtesy of wordpress.com
I realized when I stop my blogging activity I missed a daily routine and more importantly I lose 1 place that I can use to curse someone, praise them, maki or anything that I wish to do without any worries. So… welcome to my personal place where I can become myself, again.
So, if you wish to stay and join me on my daily life I wish u welcome aboard fellas! but if u don’t, then backoff!!
